Ingredients:

* 1 cup (8 oz / 240 ml) hot water
* 1–2 teaspoons dried hibiscus (or 1 hibiscus tea bag)
* 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
* 2 tablespoons cold water (for dissolving gelatin)

🌿 Instructions:

1. Boil the water
Heat 1 cup (8 oz / 240 ml) of water until it reaches a boil.
2. Steep the hibiscus
Remove from heat and add hibiscus. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
3. Strain (optional)
If using loose hibiscus, strain the tea into a cup.
4. Prepare the gelatin
In a separate small cup, mix 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin with 2 tablespoons cold water. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir until it becomes smooth and slightly thick.
5. Combine
Add the gelatin mixture into the warm hibiscus tea and stir well until fully dissolved.
